Native Oklahoman, Chef Evelyn's love for the kitchen began at a very early age. The oldest sister in a home of 7 siblings, there were plenty of opportunities to watch her mother create a home cooked meal loved by all. Her travels to California and Virgina developed her ecclectic chef style that her private clients have come to love.
